“What are the best diet foods or which diet foods should I take”,this is the question which generally come on that person’s mind who wants to lose his weight.High nutritious foods with low calorie are best for them as diet.

You will have problems maintaining bodyweight on, if you eat mostly all normal meals.People think that they are having all type of natural unprocessed food but in real they are not and that’s the main problem.

Having a element of oat breads in not normal it was processed;there were many things.We call it natural when we cook  plain oats in normal water. This idea very well for everything you eat. When you take a normal meals and add or eliminate something from it you are most likely getting away some of it’s healthy nutritional contents  or including empty calorie content to it.

Generally in case of chicken when we are going to have it first of all we bread it and then fry it by adding breadcrumbs and oil to it.Then it’s wrong to say that the chicken is in its natural state.

So behind losing weight the main idea is to cook your  food as closely to their natural state.Now the foods are too healthy for you without oil.

9.Veggie burger should be avoided and have a fresh salad regularly.

10.Avoid eating creamed spinach and fill its place with steamed spinach.

11. Try to eat fresh fruits daily.

Sometimes it’s too difficult to eat all natural diets.Then while  cooking you can add something like olive oil to that food but you should not fry it.And don’t add sugar, cream and much salt to your food as you want to lose your weight.
