1. Make a schedule:It’s not a game.So you can’t start whenever you want nor you can’t stop.Make a perfect schedule,make a perfect plan to start bodybuilding.During that time you should be fully dedicated to work out.Give separate time to separate part of your body.For example if you give time to your chest or shoulders on Monday then give time to legs on Tuesday.If you work according to your schedule then definitely you will get the result.
2. Never forget the warm up:Warm up is the valuable thing that you should do before starting a bodybuilding.An effective warm up is always be a reason for well prepared body which is really necessary for bodybuilding.Without warming up is just like you go to school or college without taking bath and getting ready.So don’t forget to warm up.
3.Diet is everything:If you like to have 3 heavy meals per day to satisfy your hunger then quit it.You should take 5 to 6 light foods as diet per day those should give much nutrition.So that your body weight will be decreased make muscles stronger by providing much energies.If you continue this diet for a long time then you may fatter.So don’t continue it for a long time.
4.Drink sufficient water:Water plays a vital role in every function of our body.The more we do exercise the more we sweat as most of the body process needs water as main source which leads to the deficiency of water in our body.Few health issues may be experienced if you don’t drink sufficient water everyday while you do exercise.But don’t drink much water than your need.That may be a reason for vomiting.
5. Increase your resistance, but keep it gradual:Here in bodybuilding resistance means intensity which depends upon weight, speed and the duration of time of your bodybuilding.So don’t increase your work out suddenly.Have patience.Always remember that “slow and steady wins the race”.So gradual increment is better for your body.
6. Take less rest between the sets and more rest between exercises:The duration of taking rest is totally depends upon your physical condition.If you are normal then you should take 1 minute between sets and 2.5 to 3 minutes between exercises.If you are a strong and good athlete then you will need a lesser rest compare to all.
7.Go through proper techniques:Technique is the main key to be succeed.If you don’t have proper technique to do exercise then you may not be get a stunning physique.If you want to be benefited by bodybuilding then go through proper techniques.Otherwise you will get a lots of problems instead of getting result.If you are going to a gym or health club then take advice from your trainer.If you are doing exercise then you should learn a lot before starting it.
